Payments
Payment is generally due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits may be required for certain appointments, special-order materials, larger projects, or reserved time slots.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Property and Existing Conditions
Goldie Mount Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, improperly installed existing equipment, defective customer-supplied products, hidden wiring or plumbing, weak or damaged walls, or other conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.
Customers should inspect completed work and notify us promptly of any concerns.
Customer-Supplied Products
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing parts, incompatible products, inadequate hardware, incorrect dimensions, or failures of products or materials supplied by the customer.
